ISX DESIGNER not opening after updating

    Hi, yesterday I updated the ISX Designer after being prompted to do so by the system.


    Download process was normal but now when trying to open the program it bumps off right before the stage where log-in credentials are entered.


    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice with the same results.


    Any help will be appreciated.
